For sponsors who have purchased this item, emails will be sent to delegates that have ‘opted-in’ to receive information from sponsors. The Events Team will advise by separate contact when the email will be sent to delegates and the deadline for receiving the email content. In general, approved content will be required no later than 5 working days prior to the email being sent out.
For guidelines on the mailer please review the attached document. The Events Team will then send the pre or post event email out on behalf of the partners.
